This study was a qualitative sequential exploratory design based on a constructivist's paradigm and phenomenological approach using semi-structured interviews to explore the parent experience of finding information on websites to support their child with chronic lower limb pain. In addition we explored the quality of information available on those websites visited by parents. Fourteen parents across Australia participated in this study and the quality of websites was assessed using the validated Health Information Website Evaluation Tool.
